Hello, have experienced this with several clients. the send emails but dont deliver to the other end. also the other end sends email but wont reach customer inbox. but can receive and sent to other users.

Is the domain baned to some networks?

Also it takes longer for a mssege to appear on the inbox.

Please help.

  1. could have the ip addresss banned.
  2. you could be sending spam and have been marked as a spaming server
  3. If you are using a custom domin and, you may have some DNS issues with the server
  4. Your imap, and or pop3 settings could be wrong.

You need to have someone check your settings for your DNS and or Mail settings.
