Being a comic strips fan I would like to know which comics strips you like. Here are a few of my favourites:

Blondie
Peanuts

I used to like ALOT MORE but unfortunetly the quality of them and everything else is going down the tubes :(

I have heard that Lewis Trondeim does good stuff though (I havent ever seen anything from him)

As a child I loved "Peanuts", but anymore I cannot bear even looking at comic strips as they, in general lack, one, key element... humor.

I saw a robot chicken episode that renewed a little of the humor in Peanuts for me. It involves Linus summoning the giant pumpkin king :). That and a Van von Hunter comic that the artist did for a filler (can be found at http://vanvonhunter.com)

What a segway into my favorite comic strips!

---Sluggy Freelance @ http://sluggy.com --- Random adventures, puns and parodies galore. Has a good following after several years of strips and several books (almost 10 years... wow.)
---Van von Hunter @ http://vanvonhunter.com --- Manga format, plays on common stereotypes of the "heroic adventure" and does quite a good job of it. The online series is rather short, but he has published a couple of manga.
---VG Cats @ http://vgcats.com --- A comic strip that any video gamer can and should read. The art is great and the topics/gags are easily understood. Sometimes there is questionable content e.g. a very disturbing play on words for Star Fox 64 http://vgcats.com/comics/?strip_id=223.
---Megatokyo @ http://megatokyo.com --- A heavily Japanese/manga influenced comic. The earlier comics had a more fluid plot, but the content is still there for anyone who likes Japanese comics.

There's a lot of comics these days that are really boring. When I look through the Sudnay paper I pick out only a couple... and I don't even remember all of them (but the list includes The Duplex, Foxtrot, and Sherman's Lagoon).

I do read a few webcomics too... Questionable Content, xkcd, Ctrl-Alt-Delete, PHD comics, and Dr. McNinja. Sometimes they get a little bland too, but they're more enjoyable than most of the comics in the paper.

Peanuts and Garfield are my favorite comic strips.

Garfield :)
