I remember a while back there was some sort of difficulty where posters would get a message that said "This forum requires that you wait 15 seconds between posts; please try again in 1 seconds" -- I got it again.
Does not happen often - just sayin'....
I get it on occasion.
I guess that is to control swarming the forum with posts.
