1. What is the problem?
2. Is it a software problem?
3. Is it a virus?
P.S. You posted on a programming forum.
So When we or someone else finds out what the
problem is we or they can steer you in the right
direction. I have over 1,500 url in my favorites,
so We have lots of resources at our disposal.
Also I am glad you have an interest in repair of computers,
however I would question the need as a viable means of
making a living. If you have any questions I can give helpful
