Can you please help me? I have been innundated with stupid pop ups from Aurora and I am in desperate need of help. I know that you have helped solve this problem many times before with others, but I really haven't got a clue what to do. I'm a bit of a newbie so you may have to be patient with me. Please help!

First thing to do is to visit the 'Viruses, Spyware and other Nasties' section of out forum and create a topic describing the problem you have and asking for assistance. You should also read the relevent 'Stickied' topics in that section for general information about how to avoid having intruders get a toehold on your PC.
