I have been infected by a trojan horse (C:WINDOWS\hotbtnv.vxd:teozam).

My Norton anti virus detects it bot can not access it or deleate it.

I assume it must be in the registry.

Not being computer literate and not confidnet enough to edit the registry, would reinstalling windows xp2000 and all the factory set programmes from the discs be a solution or would the virus still remain.

Hope some one can help.
