I need to migrate an application that uses java commapi from windows to sun solaris. the application is tested and working on windows. I troubleshoted by testing java commapi on sun solaris and found it not to be working. I have checked the documentation on sun's site on how to do this but it is not working. I am using the SerialDemo sample application as basis. it seems as if some events are not being triggered.

I am weeks behind schedule. Thanks for assistance.
