Hi guys.
I've just started messing around with Python so that i can make a few tools for somer of the software packages that i use and up untikl now Daniweb has been priceless.

I started in QBasic on a IBM 486DX, then the processor burned, and stayed away from programming for about 10 years, then had a go at Lingo (Macromedia Director), and MEL (Maya), and for the last 5 years i've been making several large and small scripts. I decided to change to Python because it is used accross the board in the packages i use and hopefully will make my life a lot less painful!

So to all a big hello and an even bigger thank you!

Hello and welcome!
