Hello, my name is CarolLee, and I am not a techie - but work on a computer all day for my transcription business. I have a few good Techie guys I deal with who have taught me the basics I need to keep me up and running and are there when I need them, and always look to form a nice base as I have transcriptionists all over the USA that have similar problems, if not more than I do that need good tech support as well.
I am a mother of two grown children and a (young) grandmother to one - all boys.
I am always interested in networking and I love to refer people to other people because it builds up a great team. I hope to learn a lot here, and hopefully grow a great network too.
