Hello,

please help my case. I need a suggestion about shopping in eBay. I hope this place not wrong. I didn't know what I have to do. After waiting more than 8 weeks, I didn't get my item from Seller that have a good reputation.

I have contact the seller but Seller din't give a good response. The Seller always delays the problem. Seller just give me the shipping number, but it can't be checked.

This is the problem :
- October 3, 2012 = I won the auction
- October 21, 2013 = Seller tell me there is any problem with the package, the package was returned to Seller. Seller promise me to resend the item on the same day.
- December 6, 2013 = I still didn't get my item. I was opened a case in ebay
- December 7, 2012 = Seller offer a refund
- December 8, 2013 = I ask for refund
- December 9, 2013 = Seller says Sorry for the problem and I get the tracking number in my message.
It was RB178353604CN and Seller said it can be checked on http://www.17track.n...sult/post.shtml
So, I check it on english version site on http://www.17track.net/index_en.shtml but the tracking number can't be found.
I ask to the seller about the tracking number
- December 11, 2013 = Seller didn't give the answer. So, I ask the seller again about the refund.
- December 12, 2013 = Seller said that the package was returned to the Seller again.
Seller promise me to refund my money before December 15, 2013.
I give my paypal email.
- December 14, 2013 = Seller promise me to refund my money before December 17, 2013.
- December 17, 2013 = I still didn't get my money back. The seller didn't give a response again.

You can check the item on :
- http://www.ebay.com/itm/331034758716

I hope I can get my money back. How to do that ?
Anybody have experienced about this ?

Thank you

As you've already been told on the eBay forums where you also posted the same question, you should escalate the complaint with eBay...

and choose to pay with paypal. I've had a problem like this before, I could show that I had contacted the seller about not delivering, Paypal didn't make a fuss, they just returned my money.

Like 'happygeek' said, such things you should rather clarify with eBay directly...

eBay and PayPal have a reputation lately of siding with the buyer - much to the detriment of some sellers. They should make it right.

Just recently i heard that paypal fined a couple 2500 dollars because they wrote a bad review. So yeah, they are losing their rep. with the people.

PP being owned by eBay, not surprising they follow the same policies.
And I can fully understand they're wary of buyers, there are so many people filing fraudulent complaints against reputable companies, they should be careful.
