trying to create a bebo skin with a photo but to get the same dimensions i have to decrease the amount of k i need and the photo gets distorted and i cant decrease it enough help me

You need some kind of graphics software like photoshop and then select save for web and it should be a alright size file. If this doesn't work the only other thing I can suggest is that you could split the image into a few smaller images. Does that help?
