I have still this question?

Can anyone tell for sure that submission to many directory have increased web SERP ??? or web Rank?? or both???

In few words... the directory market is real ? Any example to quote?

It's tough to gage the impact of just one link - or even a handful of links - but Google does recommend that site owners submit to established human edited directories. After all, a link is a link - and a listing in a relevant category of a quality directory, should help increase exposure for your website.

Well.. their definition of an established human edited directory is one that has and adheres to editorial guidelines... and has been around long enough to establish trust with the search engines.
