Well i noticed that IE8 scr*s many sites and its better to set it in compatibility mode.I have a little problem with my css menus.
My website is SITE
The problem is with the menus.If they dont have submenu the hover effect doesnt work at all!
Its insane i cant understand why this thing happen!

try overiding the style in the menu as well. not only in the css file. plz host html and css for it so i can guide u better
