Hello all,
I'm getting some strange behaviour in IE versions 6 and 7 with overlapping borders. I can't effectively convey to you what it looks like in words, so here's a clip of a screenshot with the glitch magnified: http://persuasionarmy.org/error.png

If you'll click the link I added at the bottom, you should see what it looks like if the box is moved one pixel up. This didn't help me understand the problem, but it may help you.
