A quick clarification and practical next steps based on the thread: asked about "CSS exam" registration and preparation, asked which exam, and suggested checking with the organising institute. Because "CSS exam" commonly means either the Pakistan Central Superior Services exam or a Cascading Style Sheets certification/course test, the actions below cover both paths.

If this is the Pakistan Central Superior Services (civil service) exam: check the official advertisement from the exam authority for the current year, then follow its registration procedure exactly. Commonly required items include national ID (CNIC/passport), domicile, attested copies of degree/transcript, recent passport photos, and proof of fee payment (bank challan or online receipt); originals are usually needed at document verification. Confirm age, educational equivalence (if applicable), deadlines, and exam centre rules with the official body before submitting anything.

If this is a Cascading Style Sheets (web/CSS) exam from a course provider: registration rules vary by organiser; ask for required ID, payment method, exam format (theory/MCQ/practical), allowed resources, and sample papers. Preparation should focus on practical topics beyond basic properties: selectors and specificity, box model, layout (flexbox and grid), responsive design, transitions/animations, accessibility, and debugging with browser devtools. Use authoritative references such as the MDN CSS docs (MDN CSS reference) and practice timed hands-on tasks.

Checklist to ask the organiser:

  • exact document list and attestation rules
  • registration deadline and fee payment steps
  • exam format and sample/previous papers
  • ID required on exam day and verification process

I think the institute which is conducting your test will be a better answerer.

>>how do i prepare for this exam?
I've never given any test or seen any exam paper, so cant tell much, but here's what I think.

First understand the language pretty well. Make sure you know all widely used properties and values. Practice and play around with it and soon you will see that there is no need for special preparation for thing like CSS. Its easy pal, so chill!!

And ofcouse to score better you must know the format of you question paper, I mean the kind of questions they ask-subjective, objective or practical whatever..

Whose exam is this?
