When I use Conditional CSS for Firefox (Gecko) the styles do not change.

I'm trying to align the icons with the menu in Firefox.

My code:
[if Gecko] #nav-icons ul li { padding:20px 0 1px 30px;}

What am I doing wrong? Please help?
