Unable to get my Word templates to stay in Print Layout. It is viewable but it won't allow me to click on it in the View tab.

Rebuild your Normal template:
Quit Word
Go to the Finder
Select Go > Go to folder
Paste this in the blank text field: ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Office/User Templates
Move Normal.dotm to the Desktop (Word will rebuild a stock version)

Delete your preference settings:
Repeat Steps 1-4 above with: ~/Library/Preferences
Locate files com.microsoft.Word.plist and com.microsoft.Office.plist and move them to the Desktop (Word will rebuild them)
