so i have now 2 antivirus programs running now i konw i have to choose one because it made my computer turtle slow,please help me to do this,because of all good things that i hear about them its hard to deside wich is better:?: .i have avg7,5,and+avg anti-spyware,and avast...so wich one is better,and why?

an anti-spyware program doesn't do the same thing as an antivirus program. I run avast and SpywareBlaster, but that's not to say they are the best at what they do.

Personally I would choose Avast over AVG AntiVirus, but that is just my personal preference. They both do a reasonable job, but you do need to uninstall one of them.
