The behaviour reported by — Chinese text appearing on right‑click, automatic language prompts, drives opening in separate windows and Folder Options locked — is classically seen with removable‑drive autorun/shortcut infections or with a malicious shell‑extension that injects foreign menu entries. was right to suspect malware, and and correctly asked for diagnostic logs before deeper changes are made.

Immediate containment and inspection (in order):

  • Physically isolate the PC (disconnect network, do not insert suspect USB devices into other machines).
  • Boot to Safe Mode (or use a recovery environment) and reveal hidden/system files.
  • From a command prompt on each affected drive, remove hiding attributes and remove autorun files before deleting suspicious shortcuts:
attrib -s -h -r X:\*.* /s /d
del /f /q X:\autorun.inf
dir X:\ /a

Check the root of each drive for unexpected .lnk files and for small EXE files with matching timestamps; shortcut targets reveal whether a malicious EXE is being launched.

Use targeted tools to inspect autoruns and Explorer shell entries rather than blind removals. The Microsoft Sysinternals utilities are designed for this: Autoruns shows Explorer/context‑menu handlers and startup entries, and Process Explorer helps identify suspicious running processes (Autoruns, Process Explorer). Disable suspicious shell extensions from the Explorer/ContextMenu sections and reboot to verify change.

Cautions and next steps: back up personal documents (avoid executables), scan backups on a known‑clean system, and consider an offline rescue scan from trusted vendor media if autorun files or hidden executables persist. The thread already requests diagnostic logs for further analysis; those logs will let responders determine whether a full wipe or targeted cleanup is safest.

Hi
Looks like like you'e a potential victim of a virus.
Try This:

Use TRends and Glarys tools in combo

download trend micro's DOS application here (2.1MB) and the two essential pattern files namely lptXXX and sspdaX_XX(X means latest versions)witch you can find at the same site

extract/install the DOS application and the files in a temp folder(all inthe same folder) in the root of local disk, now go into safe mode and run the DOS application

Together with this:

Glarys Utilities
Download Glarys Utlities http://glary-utilities.en.softonic.com/

Download and install both.

Please post a HijackThis log file so we can help you from there.

Go to THIS STICKY
Follow the steps given there, very simple and easy to do by the way. Once you have completed the steps given by PhilliePhan, with the exception of the Deckard Scanner which isn't available at this time, then download
Run a full system scan, save the log. Then post back here with the requested logs (ESET Scanner and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware) from PP's sticky and with the HJT log. We will be able to decide if more steps are required. Be sure to have that Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware fix everything found when you come to that step.
