Having exactly the same problem, I have scanned with Norton Anti Virus, it found the infected files but couldn't delete them.

I have installed HijackThis and scanned can you check through the log for infected files please?

I keep deleting the file in Bold but it keep coming back everytime i restart the computer.
Can you please advise further as to what i should do??
