So I have this major issue and I'm surprised my comp isn't booting me off of this site...

1) I'm getting IE ad popups in Firefox.
2) Everything on my computer is going very slowly.
3) I've been booted off of just about every application on my computer, i.e. AIM and Firefox in particular.
4) The only adware removal programs that will work, even in safe mode, are CCleaner, ATF-Cleaner, and HJT. MBAM doesn't do a thing. and SUPERAntiSpyware error messages right away. My computer refuses to download anything else.

Can you pls do the following:

1. - Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?part=dl-10804572&subj=dl&tag=button) to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

Make sure that you restart the computer.

cohen. He has stated that he has MBAM and that it will not start.

Open Device Manager and on the VIEW Tab, select the Show hidden devices option.
Go down to non plug and play drivers and see if there is one called TDSSserv and disable it.

Try running MBAM now, but ensure that it is completely updated first. Follow cohen's instructions on how to run it.
