I beleive Ive been infected by virus doctor as my mother was on the computer, and the fake Virus doctor scan came up. I had her end the Internet Explorerer process to close the Virus Doctor window.

I cant find anything suspicious in my registry. There are no virus doctor processes running either, but i do know that im infected because a few of my antivirus programs are not updating. MalwareBytes, Avira, Mcafee Stinger are all not picking up anything.
Im also running on Vista 64 bit so i cant use ComboFix.

Spyware Doctor had found Adware.IncrediFind and Trojan.CWS but being that its the trial version, i cant remove them.
