I have a big problem: a few days ago the cursor on the screen starts loading, and i thought that some process runs. But nothing open... After a couple of seconds happens again. And so on... In the task manager i found that a new process call "IEXPLORE.EXE" (not "iexplore.exe" !! ) runs, not started by me...
I found here a thread and i used HijackThis, but i don't know what to do to get rid of this virus, i think (On internet when i searched a found that IEXPLORE.EXE can be a trojan, but no spyware programs worked)
Everytime when computer starts after all loadings in the task manager appear this. I use ESET Smart Security and when i run a standard scan at 32 % ESET stop responding, but IEXPLORE.EXE disappear. If i tried to play some games and not running the scan, the game is minimized from 3 seconds to 3 seconds.
I tried: Game booster, AD-AWARE, Trojan Remover, ESET, Registry booster...

Hi and welcome to daniweb, first of all the version of HJT you are using is several years out of date, UNINSTALL it and download the newest version.
Secondly, HJT should NOT be considered a "fixer" tool. While some fixes "may be" done at the end using it, it does NOT remove infections or trojans. It mainly is used to give somewhat of a snapshot of what may be running on a computer at any given time.
Please follow these instructions. Turn off that Trojan scanner, AdAware(this isn't going to remove a trojan or a virus), Registry Booster (better yet, uninstall that one, those types of programs are generally worthless), Game Booster, don't know what this is but isn't used for infection clean up anyway.
Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBA-M) to your Desktop.

* DoubleClick mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install MBA-M.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When MBA-M finishes, Notepad will open with the log. Please save it where you can find it easily. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt.

Reboot the computer.
Update your anti-virus program and try another scan with it. If it will not work then reboot to safe mode and try it there. Let it fix or quarantine everything found.
Reboot the computer to normal mode.
Run a new HJT scan with your new version and save the log
Post back here with copy/pastes of all logs requested.
