I need to get rid of the TrojanDownloader:Win32/Renos.EE virus

First Time user of this site and I hope that you all can help me.

I recieved a message from Windows Defender that says I have a TrojanDownloader:Win32/Renos.EE virus. I have been on the forums trying to find out how to get rid of this virus and the best solution that I have seen is by using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. So I download it and try to run it but cannot. It says that Anti-Malware has stopped working. The only way that I can get it to work is by changing the name of the .exe file. I get it up and running and proceed to start a full scan on the computer . After sometime, it will not respond and I have to reboot the machine (or log off). So, in order for anyone to help me, I ran hijack this to get a log file and post it on the site. I can't open hijack this without changing the name of the .exe file. Otherwise, it says 'Hijack this has stopped responding'. I have tried other anti-spyware programs, but, of course, I can't run them without changing the name of the .exe file. First of all TURN OFF ALL P2P file sharing programs, LEAVE them off. This is very likely how you became infected.

Once you have placed the check marks then click the Fix Checked button.
Exit HJT.
Reboot the computer.

Now I would like you to again try to run MBA-M, remove everything found and save the log.
REBOOT.
Please Run the ESET Online Scanner and attach the ScanLog with your post for assistance.

You will need to use Internet Explorer to to complete this scan.
You will need to temporarily Disable your current Anti-virus program.
Be sure the option to Remove found threats is checked and the option to Scan unwanted applications is Checked.
When you have completed that scan, a scanlog ought to have been created and located at C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt. Please post that log for us as directed below.

Reboot.
Run a new HJT scan and save the log.
Post back with the MBA-M log, the ESET log and the HJT log.
