Can't Open Control Panel, My Computer, My Documents etc in Vista II

Gud day everyone,
Im daniel and im new here..
i have problem same to others..it started when i print something in MSword i receive this message "Windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup" i tried to check my printers and faxes settings but i cant open the control panel and the rest .....except for the programs. iv notice also that my intalled fonts dissappears when im using photoshop.
My os is Windaows Vista SP1.
my anti virus is AVG but nothing was found . and iv got USB disk security..
Whenever i reboot the system i got this prompt teling me an error occured on loading then i just start it with normal mode.
iv done system restore but nothing was fix.

Your PC looks like it could well be infected.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebyt...are_d5756.html) to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

Make sure that you restart the computer.
