You've got some malware on there for sure. Do the following:
Please Download ATF-Cleaner.exe by Atribune(Windows XP, 2K, 2003 & Vista ONLY)
• You can put ATF-Cleaner on your Desktop for easy access
RUN ATF-Cleaner.exe.
-- Click on ATF-Cleaner to run it
-- Where it says Select Files To Delete, Check the Select All Option
-- Click Empty Selected > OK

If you use Firefox browser, do this also:
Click Firefox at the top and choose Select All from the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE : If you would like to keep your saved passwords, click No at the prompt.
If you use Opera browser, do this also:
Click Opera at the top and choose Select All from the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE : If you would like to keep your saved passwords, click No at the prompt.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBA-M) to your Desktop.
DoubleClick mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install MBA-M.
Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When MBA-M finishes, Notepad will open with the log. Please save it where you can find it easily. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt.

Reboot the computer.
Please Run the ESET Online Scanner and attach the ScanLog with your post for assistance.
You will need to use Internet Explorer to to complete this scan.
You will need to temporarily Disable your current Anti-virus program.

Be sure the option to Remove found threats is checked and the option to Scan unwanted applications is Checked.
When you have completed that scan, a scanlog ought to have been created and located at C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt. Please post that log for us as directed below.

Reboot the computer.

Uninstall your HiJackThis. It is YEARS out of date. Current version is 2.0.2
Download the newest version of HJT and run a Full Scan with it. Save the log.
Post back here with the MBA-M log, the ESET log, and finally with the log of HJT from the new version.

Here is the Malwarebytes log will send other two in a bit
Thanks again

I really doubt the running of ESET had anything to do with it, though I cannot say 100%.
In researching the error shown that was never given as one of the causes.
However, your computer is woefully out of date, you are not running an anti-virus program or a firewall. You have way out of date anti-malware programs on the computer so they very likely have done you no good.

AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 program has not been available as a separate program for at least a year but is only available as part of a package, which certainly is not as good as previous products
Microsoft AntiSpyware is no longer available and was replaced at least two years ago by Windows Defender and frankly isn't all it is cracked up to be.
I don't know for certain but one would have to also assume that your AdAware program is also out of date.
UNINSTALL ALL OF THE ABOVE using Add/Remove.

You are running a way out of date Java program, current program is version 6 update 15.

Your Acrobat reader is version 7, current version is version 9.
You are running Napster, telling me you are doing P2P file sharing.
You are running IE6, latest version is IE8, though I would advise against it and tell you to update to IE7, which was released in 2006, or use a safer browser like Firefox.
Finally you are running XP SP2, latest service pack for XP is SP3, which has been available for well over a year.
Obviously any or ALL of the above can be and ARE the reasons for your infected computer.
The error you received could be because of any of the above OR, since your computer is so far out of date, could also be out of date hardware drivers, which can also cause the type of serious error.

With all of that stated, your HJT log still shows some malware.
Run HJT again and place check marks next to the following entries:

Once you have placed the check marks, click the Fix Checked button.
Exit HJT.
Reboot the computer.
Now download, install and update an anti-virus program
Choose one of these two, free programs,
http://www.avast.com/eng/programs.html AVAST Antivirus
OR
http://www.free-av.com/ AVIRA Antivirus
Either Enable the built in Windows Firewall or install one of these FREE ones:

http://www.tallemu.com/downloads.html ONLINE ARMOR Firewall
ttp://www.download.com/Comodo-Firew...html?tag=mncol COMODO Firewall

http://free.agnitum.com/ Outpost Firewall

Go HERE to download the latest Java version.
Choose the Offline install and save it to your desktop.
Then go to Add/Remove and Uninstall ALL old versions of Java you find there. Once you have done that install the newest version by double clicking the install file on your desktop.

Reboot the computer. Update MBA-M. There is a new version out today. Please update your program.
Run a Full Scan with it and have it Remove all that is found.
Reboot the computer.
Then run a full scan with your new anti-virus program. Remove all that is found.
After doing all of that then go to Windows Updates and update your XP.
Then check for updates for all your hardware.
