i dun really know why at first when i start up the pc....then after awhile it automatically freeze after abt 1min.

so i reformated the pc, but then after reformated the pc still freezes when im connected to the internet.(deleted old partition,created new 1) when i unplug the modem cable, it works find but when i plug it back it freezes after abt 20 sec.

i have tried looking for solution in the forum...theres a tread http://www.daniweb.com/forums/thread165724.html# that asked to update the malware detector program but when i connect to internet it jus freezes cant even update..or do anything.

please advice. thx

You have no antivirus software. Get Avast from HERE and do a full scan with it.

What computer port does the modem cable go into?

USB? Ethernet?

If USB there could be a BIOS fix you need to do or a driver update.
