Hotoffers and Error #317

[hysteria]

My desktop is filled with shortcuts to web pages and my IE start page is www.hotoffers.com but I can't change it. I tried Spyware Doctor, Lavasoft Ad-Ware but they can't seem to fix the problem. I keep getting annoying adult web pages open in new tabs on Mozilla Firefox and there's a red circle with an x on it sitting in the tray bar. I get an Error #317 constantly telling me to download an anti-spy program. I also have a SuperDialer on my desktop but it's been there for a while now. It doesn't do anything except when I delete it, it comes back. Other than that, it does me no harm and the link is to www.microsoft.com so it doesn't bother me. Any help would be much appreciated. Download the Pocket KillBox
Unzip the file to your desktop.

Go offline until you have completed all the below.

Run Pocket Killbox and paste the full file path of each of the below files in the box and click on Standard File Kill and End Explorer Shell While Killing File. Click on the button with the red circle and an X in the middle after you enter each file (see the files below).

C:\WINDOWS\system32\svrhost.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\run32dll.exe

Reboot afterwards if the files are successfully deleted.

If all files are not deleted, do not reboot yet. Run Pocket Killbox again and paste the full file path in the box and click on Delete on Reboot. Next click on the button with the red circle and an X in the middle. You will get a message saying "File will be deleted on next reboot, Process and Reboot now?" Click "Yes" to reboot only after the last file you enter.

Scan with hijackthis and tick the boxes next to all the following entries, then close all browser and explorer windows and hit the "Fix checked" button.

Reboot your PC again and post a new log. There will be more to do.

I tried deleting those exe files but run32dll.exe and systr.exe could not be found. So I tried delete on reboot but it gave me an error saying something like Pending Rename terminated by external registry or something. I hit OK thinking I would remember the exact message but I guess I was wrong. Sorry about that. I rebooted manually, fixed those lines on HJT and uninstalled my web search so here is the new long:
