re-installing virus that has removed system files

NEED HELP - I stepped into some NASTY stuff!

**Please note - I am a novice at this, so I am hoping someone will be able to work with me and possible "dumb it down". I have posted on other sites and the answers I received were absolutely no help (things like "try rebooting into safe mod). I definitely need help from someone more knowledgeable that knows what they are doing **

I have a virus on my computer that I can not seem to remove. I have booted my machine into safe mode and ran 5 different virus scanners (dr web, AVG, spy bot, maleware bytes, and super anti spyware). I did this for each of the user ID's on my machine (the admin, and the two user ID's). I removed tons of infected files from the machine. However, when I re-booted the machine the virus re-installed itself.

Also, I can not access certain things on the computer (ex: all items in the control panel), the error says that in can not find the run.dll file. I am not sure if the virus removed these files or if I did it accidentally while trying to clean out the virus. So I can not turn off the system restore or the other recommended "first steps" to removing the virus.

When I rebooted (and the virus reinstalled itself) AVG showed the following files as being infected (not all at once, they came up one at a time as they were being installed by the virus):

Hi and welcome to daniweb,

DON'T turn off System Restore. That is NOT a First step. That is a FINAL step AFTER the computer is clean.
You CANNOT be reinfected by items in System Restore. It is better to have infected restore points than no restore points. Even if it must be used.

Full logs are what we need to see. Names tell us nothing really. Names and LOCATION are the key information on whether something is infected or not. Many files which appear as infection on some scanners are not unless they are found in the wrong location.

Can you run the machine in NORMAL mode? If so we need a HJT log from a scan run in Normal Mode. Safe mode HJT scans don't give a full picture.

Also Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBA-M) should ALSO be run in Normal mode, not safe mode, unless that is not possible. MBA-M is configured to work in normal mode. It does not load all of it's drivers in safe mode and therefore does not scan everything.

Reboot to Normal Mode. Update MBA-M and run a full scan with it.
When the scan is complete and you are shown the results be sure there are check marks in all and then click the Remove Selected button.

Reboot the computer.
Then run a System Scan with HiJackThis and save the log. Post back here with BOTH full logs. Please copy/paste them.

EDIT: Turn OFF Spybot TeaTimer. It WILL interfere with fixes attempted. To do this do the following:
* Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode
* If it is not already set to do this, go to the Mode menu
select
Advanced Mode
* On the left hand side, click on Tools
* Then click on the Resident icon in the list
* Uncheck
Resident TeaTimer
and OK any prompts.
* Restart your computer
