I've been through countless antispyware programs trying to get rid of this thing. I realize there is at least one similar thread here, but I figured I'd post my own log here to make sure I don't delete something I need.

I've ran Microsoft Antivirus, McAffe, Spybot, Ewido, Ad-Aware...
