Here is the log. Also to give you a heads up I tried uninstalling MessengerPlus3 a few months ago. I'm having problems getting it out of the registry and the windows startup. As well as a program called x3watch I uninstalled it but it sticks in the registry and startup as well.

thanks for the reply but one question how come do i have to get rid of the active disk? i do have a zip drive but i dont have it hooked up right now. also how come i have to remove the sun java? in there im guessing its not necessary? id like to know a little more info before i remove those two things. thanks.

just did a google search on npjpi150_04.dll and it is safe ive seen it in a ton of logfiles so far and the techs havent said a thing about removing it.....i know your new to the forum but after you messed up on diagnosis i dont trust what you have told me to remove. i would like a moderator tech to look at my log. i will also post my log some where else just in case if a tech cant look at it.
