Ok I did the steps you siad and then scanned with Panda and this it what it said.........

Is there a way to get rid of the stuff it did not disinfect?........
I'm not an expert on this, so I did a little web research. Putting the first file "oleext.dll" into yahoo's search engine disclosed several things which may help you. You might try that. One of them was clever. The reason those files couldn't be deleted was that they were recognized as being in use. This person figured a way around that.
