I need to get rid of this virus called Security Shield. It keeps appearing everytime I turn on my computer. Then it got worst by not allowing me to open files. It keep saying that I have to buy its product which I know is a scheme to get me to privide my credit card. My anti virus program is Norton but it's not picking up the virus.
Is there a anti-virus program that can get rid of this?
