Hi
Many times I find part of a web page has what may be a picture but instead is a black box with a smaller box in the corner in it, containing a RED CROSS.
I am sure I should know the answer how to resolve this but I'm Fick!

Download hijackThis. Extract it to its own folder. Then run it and select. Do system scan and save log. Post the contents of the log that pops up.
