I REALLY hope someone can help me with this. i recently tried to uninstall icq from my computer, but cancelled it half way through, and now i cannot successfully uninstall or reinstall it. is there any way to get rid of it completely by going through the registry?

when i try to reinstall it i get some errors regarding various glb191, and other files. i assume it has something to do with things still being registered? is there anyway to fix this so that i can reinstall the program or just get rid of it completely? i know this isnt really a virus, but i have had amazing help from this website before, so i was hoping for a little more.
