stealthy1 0 Newbie Poster

I have apparently clicked something I shouldn't have and despite my best efforts cannot get this spyware off of my PC. I have gotten most of it off with ewido/adaware/windows defender, but something is still persisting which doesn't show up in a regular session or a safe mode session.

I occassionally get a hit on ewido with something such as this:

C:\Documents and Settings\<< username >>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\09IB4TAV\popup[1].htm -> Hijacker.Agent.a

... but this appears to just be a webpage in cache, not the actual program.

Can anyone help me? I'm swimming in popups! Hijackthis logs seem to be on par for this, so here is one for my PC as of 2 minutes ago:
