"run a dll as an app" error during driver update

Hello,

I am trying to update the drivers to an external USB device (the Digidesign MBOX is the music device connected via the USB cable to the PC), but every time the search for drivers begins, I get a message saying that a "run a dll as an app" error has occured. Please see the below Hijackthis log...any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't know if it's a virus or spyware or whatever that's preventing the drivers from updating, but hopefully the below will help.

Also- Digi's tech support is pretty good at answering their phones; have you given them a shout yet? (A quick search of the DUC didn't yield anything useful)
