I'm a new user here, Had a look through the 5pages long thread, lotta code. I followed the instruction, After scanning with Ad-Aware, i had to reboot in safe mode (disconnected from the cable) to get rid of some viruses :!: Norton found when ad-aware finished.
Rebooted normally and ran HJT. I've got the Ad-Aware log too if you want it, I'll just post the HJT log for now.

I'm running 2000+Athlon, XP Home OEM, 512MB 2700 DDR, 150k Cable Broadband. C: - 20GB, F: - 80GB.
I've got my sister's computer connected to the internet through mine via 10/100 card.
*
*EDIT*
I'm using Norton Anti-Virus 202, fully updated, Lavasoft Ad-Aware (not ad-watch though) and the Windows XP Firewall.
*
I did this because of the Bridge.dll problem. (says it can't find it)

Hi. :) Close all (browser) windows & have HJT fix these entries by placing a check in the appropriate box=

After scanning with Ad-Aware, i had to reboot in safe mode (disconnected from the cable) to get rid of some viruses Norton found when ad-aware finished.I'll just post the HJT log for now.

You will also want to get rid of these resource-wasters:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime

For security reasons, you will also want to update WinZip to v9.0--or, better still, try the free 7-Zip instead--it's free, more efficient, and handles more compression types.

Sweet, Thanks for all your help! :D

(Woulda checked back sooner but have had a hectic few days)

Pete.
