As im gonna be buying some crimbo presents online this year i want to make sure no malware and other nasties. Maybe im a bit paranoid :mrgreen: :mad: Basicly im willing to buy some firewall or the best out there if it secures my computer and wonder what is the best VIRUS CHECKER and FIREWALLS out there. What do you guys recommend as the top security scaners and blockers?
now i have mcaffe firewall and checker freeby.

youll need:
firewall - i personally use zonealarm pro
anispyware - i personally use AVG pro / spybot / windows defender
antivirus - i use AVG pro
or you may want to go for an alll in one suite like Norton or Mcafee
(P.S try a thing called the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyser - Free)
Also if your worried about credirt card fraud, only give your details to secure sites (have a padlock in the bottom toolbar of ie)
