i want to ask one question that not related to this forum but plz answer me.Its related to hacking or cyber crime.
Is it crime if anyone send spy software(keylogger) to anyone.

Depends on your location. It is usually not illegal to send the spyware, but it is usually illegal to obtain information from a keylogger.
