Not sure but my pcs been running real slow. Is there something here i can remove?

apart from being a bit slow, do you have any other symptoms? No untoward net activity? Is your HD more than 80% full [ballpark there... :)], have you defragmented...?
If you don't use that website, for news, go ahead and fix it [that O16 entry..]
and these also, they are lost clutter:
