how do i find password

i'm trying to set up an Outlook Express account onto another computer. THe email is from yuchica.com. However, the site is a personal website. And no one knows the password to log in to the email. HOw do i find out the password. the old outlook account has it, but the internet is not working on that comp. the password is blocked so it can't be copied. how can i find out the password ?

well, it's a personal website for my uncle's company. and i visited the site, and the links don't work, and my uncle doesn't remember the password he gave my grandma for her account.
