Which server is restart automatically apache dns dhcp ldap mail etc.............. first define this on
in linux lots of services are running any service is restarting or all pc is restarting

I agree that is a great place to start you might find the info your looking for in like /var/log/messages; /var/log/boot.log.
If it is a service like httpd or any other you might want to check out the other logs provided in those log directory.
