Hi all!
I have a strange issue on my EasyPeasy distro here, each time I restart my system I have too create again the directory "apache2" under /var/log because in some way it's been deleted.
What the hell is going?
How can I understand who is the script that delete the directory?

Seems people on the easypeasey forums recommend installing LAMP rather than just individual packages. You could also try installing Ubuntu OS instead, my apache2 folder has never deleted on that.
