Yes, definitely. The biggest difference is people will search for your business in SEO and in PPC you pay for customers to buy your product. Yes, SEO is a long-term process but it gives a superpower to businesses. In PPC, when you stop paying your business will go down.
Build quality backlinks instead of bulk backlinks, don't pay for them. Write meaningful content and spread it.
