I,m associted with best buy,im aka best buy bob. looking for a second and third possible opinion in regards to troubleshooting a compaq sr1650nx desktop. issue is when system bootsup to the compaq screen,the pc freezes at that point,no keyboard control,i believe the hard drive is the problem, any opinions
