I can't help but think the RAM sticks weren't seated properly. You say your old RAM works... right? Try some different sticks of RAM. Did you get the RAM from a reputable source? Static electricity can render some RAM useless. I recommend that you get some new RAM. J.R.

You may need to press F5 instead. Do you get a splash screen that gives you options to get into "Setup" etc? J.R.
