Error massage in print command

When I want to print in Auto CAD 2008, it show a error massage (Error loading ntprint.dll. The specified module could not be found). Why show the massage & How can i solve it......?

I can't setup the Kaspersky 2010 anti virus in my pc. The software finished his installation process. At last position, the installation process stop & the software be invisual.
