dude it may surely be of anykind of hardware problem let me analyse what the fault is if u send me the motherboard model and of which company i will try to find solution for the problem
i think the SMPS is not good the IC CT132,EL817(preprogrammed) may have gone down which controls the powerflow from the transformers in the SMPS
