dogcyrus Many of my customers have the same issue, but the reset buttom ALWAYS works. On some models you have to hold it down for a long time. I have seen some that you have to hold for 1 minutet before it resets to factory settings.

Try ipconfig/release ipconfig/renew if that does not do it, my rule of thumb for mysterious network issues is reset, reset, reset. power down everything, plug in your modem first and give it a few minutes, then your router give it a minute, then boot up your machines.
